YARD  SMART  COMMUNITY PROJECTS 

	Brian and Barb Priebe were high school sweethearts who enjoyed sports events at the Charles A. Harding Stadium and later married.  After Barb's sudden death one Christmas holiday due to complications of pancreatic cancer, Brian contacted Yard Smart to help with the creation of a garden at the stadium in memory of his wife Barb. The goal was to design a garden that would accent the newly installed flag poles and allow spectators to enjoy the garden while watching track or football games.
Yard Smart went to work by creating a back drop wall of burning bush and perennial grass backed by a barn stone seating wall.  The seating wall is set off by two pear trees (at each end) representing the love that both Brian and Barb had for each other since high school.  In front of the garden is a perennial/annual triangular area that is surrounded by all of the flag poles which include the United States Flag, the Flag of Ohio and all of the school's conference flags.  The garden is enjoyed by many as it is the first impression that is seen by the many people who walk into the Charles A Harding Memorial Stadium.
